It was Willow Chang, dancer, teacher, singer and the inspiration behind my Fashion Forum, who turned me on to the Hawaii All-Collectors Show. It’s a really fun way to shop for vintage things you simply won’t find anywhere else.

Oh yeah, there's plenty of fun kitschy stuff.

This year, the 24th Annual  Hawaii All-Collectors Show will be held just one day:

The show features 160 booths with vendors from Oahu, Neighbor Islands, the Mainland and Japan. Expect to find vintage aloha shirts, Niihau shell lei, art, beads, estate jewelry, stamps, coins, rattan and koa furniture, kimono, textiles, Hawaiian Monarchy documents and re-purposed clothing, to name a few categories.

Each year there is a special collectors display at the Hawaii All-Collectors Show. This year it’s Superman/Batman. Also featured will be an appearance by the Pacific Outpost 501st Legion Star Wars Imperial costuming group.
