Pau hana look: UMEE Honolulu shirt, UMEE hibiscus shorts, shoes and jewelry from Collins & 8th.

At their first VersaStyle event, stylist and blogger Jenny Cao-Wu of Freshionable and retailer extraordinaire Maida Montemayor of Collins & 8th have concocted a styling event to help folks find a fresh new look for spring/summer 2013. Their focus is on the oft challenging transition from day to evening.
What I love most about VersaStyle is that the focus is on celebrating and supporting local designers. Andy South, Allison Izu, H&K Handbags, UMEE and 19th & Whimsy will all be used prominently in the mix.
“Both Maida Montemayor and I believe that any woman can look stylish by building a wardrobe with key transitional pieces,” Jenny said, adding that she and Maida are both committed to helping customers find flattering, high quality clothing that’s friendly to their lifestyle.
